Greetings. I am glad that you stopped by.
My name is Jesse and I created Words For The Kingdom to help Christians live transformed lives that impact the Kingdom of God.
It only works because I try to be obedient to what God tells me to write. Sometimes it is from something in my quiet time, sometimes it is from a message I have heard, and sometimes it is from a song lyric or article I have read. At all times it is meant to convey what God is doing in my life and what he would like to do in yours. I have tried to label my posts based on their subject matter so you can easily find them. I invite you to comment and contact me if you like.
My aim is to write two posts a week. Sometimes I do more, sometimes I do less.
Please subscribe to receive my posts by email. You can find the signup form right up there. —–>
All I need is a first name and an email address.
A little about me…
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I have been blessed to be married to the woman of my dreams for 14 years. She gives me strength to face life’s uncertainties, support to become the best I can be, and a shelter when life is storming around us. Without her, this blog probably wouldn’t be in existence. We have two beautiful children. My daughter is radiant, artistic, and sparkly; she is becoming an amazing young lady. My son is joy personified. He is snuggles and hugs, laughter and life.
I am an ordained minister. I am a teacher. I am a carpenter. I am a writer.
My aim is to be focused on Eternity with Christ and to live my brief life here with that in mind and to help you do the same. I believe strongly in discipleship, and the written word can help you along your path to become more like Jesus.
